The new kid in town

I recently moved to Austin, Texas, and was pleasantly surprised this morning when I found that our new apartment is a mere 3 minute drive from a knit shop! There are plenty of yarn shops to choose from in this city, but having one this close will definitely be dangerous!

Not much going on on the knitting front. More burp cloths for newly born babies, and a pair of socks for the dude. Photos to come…

Aaaand, it’s almost 5, so I’m going to prepare myself for a visit to Gauge right now. Later, knit folks.
